I am a professionally trained gardener with over 20 years experience in designing, landscaping, planting and managing gardens of every nature. Over the years, I have built up a portfolio of very satisfied clients and a reputation for creating gardens that provide colour and texture all year round. Indeed, a number of my clients have gone on to open their gardens to public display.
As you might expect, I am so passionate about plants that I visit them in thieir natural environments so I can see their associations with the habitat and the wider plant community, therefore giving me greater understanding of how to grow these things in gardens.

To unearth the best of a location's potential, I use my understandings gained from working in various habitats and soils. I've learnt to develop plant communities that fill every corner and every month of the calendar.
My expertise in pruning grows from a vast resource of 30,000 shrubs I've worked with, keeping photographic records throughout the years of the plants varied responses. I've worked alongside some of the best gardeners and in some world renowned gardens such as Great Dixter and the Plant Driven Design Gardens of Lauren Springer-Ogden & Scott Ogden.
